A cozy stay in the heart

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, steps from Akasaka-Mitsuke station and surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were clean, making for a pleasant stay.

However, the air conditioning was centrally controlled, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm at times. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited to a neighboring café, which felt somewhat inconvenient.

Rooms are tiny, with limited storage making it hard to unpack. Centralized air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, and windows barely opened, leading to dust and noise. The breakfast is basic and only served at the adjacent café, lacking variety.

the bathroom had no window, making it feel even smalller and more claustrophobic than it already was. and the breakfast was laughable—who serves just a boiled egg and a slice of bread? i also could have really used a complimentary drink or a generous room upgrade after all these issues, but apparently, that's too much to ask.

Comfortable family room with good arrangement for kids.

The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, making our stay unbearably warm at night. We had to resort to opening the window slightly and using an air refresher machine to cool down. The storage options were lacking, which meant living out of our suitcase for our entire stay.

This place was a perfect match for a brief sojourn in Tokyo, offering outstanding value. Enjoyed the handy smartphone in the room, which made navigating the city so much easier. Avoid rooms near the side wall if you're sensitive to smells from nearby restaurants.

Had a lovely time enjoying the espresso machine in the lobby and the convenient mobile with internet in my room. The massage options, like aromatherapy and deep tissue, were a great way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast menu could use a few more choices, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Loved the modern standard double room! Super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a good shower. Free toiletries and a refrigerator were nice touches. The lift made getting to the upper floors easy. The massage services were a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
